Our Story
Repeat Business Systems was founded by Dr. Dawn Abbuhl and her husband, John, in 1987. With John's prior experience with working for an office technology dealership they opened Repeat Business Systems and hit the ground running, visiting thousands of local businesses to help with their technology needs. In less than two years they had saturated the market. As the company began to offer a wider breadth of products and services the number one priority has always been always doing the right thing for their customers.
Today, Repeat Business Systems serves thousands of customers in the Capital Region along with Vermont and Massachusetts.

Repeat Business Systems has received numerous national and regional awards.
